SanDisk launches its fastest, slimmest and highest capacity USB flash drive yet. These new usb 3.0 flash drives will be able to transfer files with speeds up to 10 times faster than usb 2.0 flash drives at up to 190MB/s1. The highest capacity USB flash drive of the group will feature 128GB of NAND flash memory.

On June 19th the SanDisk Corporation, a leading supplier of NAND Flash Memory solutions announced that a brand new set of USB drives that included SanDisk’s highest performing, slimmest, and largest capacity usb drives ever. These usb drives will offer consumers the data storage they need to carry all of their data information with them wherever they might go, and then transfer their files faster than ever before.

It is predicted that usb 3.0 shipments will surpass one billion in 2014, up from 70 million in 2011.
